🎥 SITUATION BRIEFING – MIDDLE EAST
⚠️ Situation Briefing. Share this update with anyone traveling or living abroad.
Missiles and drones airborne. A clear and present danger. 🚨
Airspace across parts of the Middle East has been partially shut down. Airports closed. Thousands of flights have been cancelled. ✈️Tens of thousands of civilians are now stranded across the region.
Government Response
Multiple governments have initiated charter evacuation flights for their citizens. These operations require complex coordination. Some of these commercial evacuation flights leaving Dubai are being escorted by military fighter jets as they depart the region. 🛩️ Airspace, however, is not fully reopened. Expect long delays.
Civilian Back Door Exit
While the majority of civilians are waiting for evacuation flights. Others are attempting alternative escape routes. We are seeing travellers drive across desert highways toward Oman and Saudi Arabia to reach airports that remain operational. 🚗🏜️
But crossing desert terrain without local knowledge, planning, and support is a risky proposition. Navigation errors, fuel shortages, and border restrictions can quickly turn an escape attempt into another emergency.
Private Jets Exit
Meanwhile, the super-rich are chartering private jets to leave the region. 💰🛩️ Luxury cabins. Champagne service. Direct departures. But even they are discovering one small limitation… no fighter jet escort!
Operational Lesson
In a crisis, mobility becomes a scarce resource.
Cash helps. Connections help. Preparation helps even more. But some events are unprecedented.
In those moments, clarity beats panic, calm beats chaos, and Strategic thinking beats reaction.
⚠️ This is not a drill. This is not fiction.
As tensions rise and commercial routes collapse across parts of the Middle East, some civilians are finding themselves stranded with limited options to leave safely. In the midst of this uncertainty, professional security and evacuation teams are operating on the ground to help people move out of high-risk areas.
Following my recent LinkedIn post, Paul Muir CEO & Founder of Horizon International
shared the following update regarding evacuation support currently being coordinated across the region. If you or someone you know may require assistance, this information could be important.
“For those requiring evacuation support in the region, our teams are currently on the ground and coordinating contingency movements across the following locations:
• Jordan
• Amman
• Syria
• Lebanon
• Qatar
• UAE
• KSA
• Iraq
• Bahrain
• Cyprus
We are working with private charter operators and secure transport providers to move passengers to locations with open airspace for safe onward flights home.
Ground movements can be coordinated using SUVs, minibuses, or coaches with professional drivers, supported by close protection officers in each vehicle, medical equipment, and border-crossing assistance where required.

Training civilians to think clearly under pressure takes work. If you value that mission, consider backing it☕👇
