  1. This story illustrates why it’s vitally important to list whatever medications, vitamins, and/or herbal supplements one takes on your cell phone and on a piece of paper in one’s wallet or purse. If first responders need to medicate you, they shouldn’t be at risk of turning you into a walking disaster zone.
